There are three ways to make an appointment. The
first and the fastest is to give our office a call at 262.782.6910. Our
staff can make an appointment immediately, especially if your pet is having a
medical problem. The other two methods are online, either through our
PetPortals (an exclusive free
service for our clients) or by visiting our
Contact Us
page. Please keep in mind that the two online methods are for
non-emergencies only. It can take up to two business days for us to
confirm your appointment if placed online.
If you have given us your e-mail address, you can see your
pet's health information by going to our PetPortals, an exclusive free service
to our current clients. This is a secure site that lists your pet's
vaccination status, any upcoming appointments, and current medications.
Your PetPortals also provides a wealth of information on pet care and will send
you e-mail reminders about your pet. This service is FREE to our clients.
To take advantage of PetPortals, either give our office a call at
262.782.6910 or visit our
Contact Us page and give us your e-mail
address. The next business day, you will be contacted via e-mail your
login and password to access your pet's information right away.
