A Note About Prescription Medications:

• All prescription medications must have a doctor approval before the medication can be dispensed.  Once our hospital receives a prescription request, it can take up to two business days before you will be given a confirmation.
• By Federal Law, before a prescription can be filled, a valid doctor/patient relationship must exist.  This means that we must have seen your pet within a year before we can authorize a prescription.
• By Federal Law, a prescription medication cannot be returned.
• The advantage to purchase your pets medication online at our store is your assurance that the medication is from the manufacturer, stored properly and handled correctly.  Many online stores purchase their medication from outside of the U.S., thus there are no guarantees that the medication is effective or safe if not shipped and stored properly.  As an example, our Heartgard^® medication carries the full manufacturer guarantee that if your pet gets heartworm disease while on the medication, the manufacturer will pay for the treatment.  No other online store offers you that!
