Veterinary Assistants
Our veterinary assistants play a key roll
in the operation of our hospital. They not only greet our
clients and pets, they also review the health record with the
owner, assist the doctors in the exam room and assist the
certified veterinary technicians in our treatment area.
Veterinary assistants undergo specialized training at our
hospital to properly restrain patients, help with diagnostics
such as x-rays, ultrasound, endoscopy and ECGs, as well as
filling prescriptions and explaining medications to clients.
